What an exciting and amazing day with the team at Enjoy Benefits who launched the Hearst Magazine Employees Benefits Fair. This is the first benefits fair for the magazine publisher who publishes 22 brands including ELLE, Harper’s Bazaar, Cosmopolitan, Good Housekeeping and Jamie Oliver to promote its employee benefits. The fair took place on 23 November 2017 at the Carnaby Street London office for its 800 plus staff.

Benefits included industry experts and suppliers providing information on a range of topics including the Cycle to Work scheme, childcare vouchers and the Enjoy Benefits discounts scheme provided by World Privilege Plus: http://enjoybenefits.worldprivilegeplus.com

The Fair showcased the benefits available to staff with WPP discounts, thousands of offers that got the staff really excited, and the room was soon filled up with staff eager to find out more about the benefits available to them like Virgin trains 20% off, Cinema tickets 40% off, and groceries up to 6% off.

This was a first for Hearst and I’m sure it won’t be the last, the great thing was the staff got to give their employers and suppliers immediate feedback on the high value attached to the event and the excitement they felt to use the offers, which helps them to see they had chosen the best schemes for their staff, including offers that they would be using all year round.

The event was a great success with hundreds of the employees attending the benefits fair from various locations and the company now intends to make this an annual event. It raises employees’ awareness of the perks that are available to them and they got to speak with suppliers directly to get a better understanding of the offers.
